The Full Circle: Linking Songs with Musicians & Friends
DC is a UK NHS working Doctor and a Music Enthusiast, hosting a music themed podcast called The Full Circle which links songs together with the last song linking to the first song, hence completing The Full Circle.
Episodes feature either some of DC's favourite musicians, some of his favourite people, or he links songs together solo.
In between The Full Circle and general chat, there are also fun features such as "Would You Rather", quizzes tailored to the guest and the now legendary "Abid's Words of Wisdom"!
As a Psychiatry Doctor, DC also invites guests to talk about their own Mental Health experiences if they wish, and encourage others to reach out, if they are experiencing their own mental health difficulties.

The "Post-Nights" Full Circle, Would You Rather, & The Return of the Food Challenge!
What was I thinking? I thought it would be an incredible idea to do a show straight after I finish a set of night shifts. 100% would not recommend (doing a show this way of course! 100% recommend listening obvs).
On the show:
I answer some tough Would You Rather questions, choosing which bands I would prefer to see live - I think the hardest one was between Bring Me The Horizon or Enter Shikari!
The return of the food challenge! Was I able to break the world record of most marshmellows caught by mouth in one minute?
I also answer some basic medical questions - was my knowledge compromised after finishing a night shift, or was it A-OK?
